Tattoos

 

Single line artworks can be perfect material for a tattoo. Due to the high amount of questions and requests received, you can here find some information.

In order to come to an optimal design, we will discuss together where the tattoo should be placed on the body and how the dimensions of the design should fit. I will then make several sketches in which you can explore what appeals to you, and from there we will continue working. In the end, I will deliver a design that a tattoo artist can work with and of which the lines are such that they not only have the right character on paper, but also retain the same refinement when transposed onto the skin. I am also happy to give you advice on which tattoo artists in the Netherlands are familiar with my work and can work with this style. 

Additional iteration steps are charged at €60/hour ex VAT.

Artworks as found on my instagram may be used as a tattoo design only after consultation and payment . Depending on the artwork and if the commissioner wants to have the single right to this tattoo design.

Steps

When inquiring for a tattoo design, the following proces may be expected consisting of 6 phases:

  1. Consultation 

  2. Sketch phase

  3. Review and discussion

  4. Design phase 

  5. Finishing 

  6. Delivery of design (digital) and transfer print or sketch. 

Costs

  • €295 - Personal tattoo design (one time use)

  • €65 - €200 - Existing Artwork
